Testimonials
I have known Kelly her childhood and it has been awesome to see her grow up and achieve her lifetime goal of owning her own business. At the beginning of 2021, I had an accident which resulted in a very bad concussion. I was also in a dark space and unable to do any walking or exercise as my balance was unstable.
I signed up to Kelly's classes mid year to get fit and mentally strong. I have been going to classes regularaly since then and have gained my fitness, mental heath and agility back 100%. I very much look forward to the classes and the laughs we have. I have made some very good friends as well. I wish Kelly all the best for her future and look forward to our new classes and new name.

We have attended Kelly's strength and balance classes for the last 5 years since we retired. Over that time, there has been a changing pattern of exercises for us to try and Kelly makes sure to 'ring the changes' so that we are exercising different parts of our bodies through the different routines.
Our classes are small, about 10 or less and it has morphed into a friendship group as well, regularly going for coffee after class. Newcomers are made to feel really welcome.
At times Kelly adapts exercises to suit peoples individual needs. We recommend this class to anyone who wants a friendly, supportive exercise environment in which to maintain flexibility and mobility.

I've been attending a class of Kelly's for a few years and I can recommend it to anyone seeking to keep fit, keep moving and enjoy a laugh.
Kelly has a wry sense of humour so don't imagine it's grim hard work, though I assure you at the end of a session, you will feel as if you've had a good work out. Remember the maxim 'move it or lose it'.

I joined Kelly's class a couple of years ago. I had not done anything like this before. I was having a lot of falls due to balance and needed to improve on that. Kelly's classes are friendly and there is a lot of fun and laughter. Kelly is very supportive, encouraging and doesn't push you to do any exercise if you have a sore limb. My balance is much improved and I would highly recommend Kelly's classes.
